Nurse Practitioner - FTC

A Good CQC rated GP Surgery in Buckinghamshire (SL7 postcode) is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner on a 12 month fixed term contract. The practice is open to either full-time or part-time hours. Day to day duties include Assess, Diagnose, Treat & Refer, Minor Illness, Treatment Plans, Home Visits, Telephone Triage, Face 2 Face Consultations and more. The practice is looking for someone who holds either A&E or Primary Care experience.
