Location: UK / Europe (Extensive travel across Europe)

Salary: £50-60,000 DOE

• Lead and support installation teams in the delivery of integrated security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection
• Ensure all works are completed to specification, compliance standards, and client expectations
• Supervise site activities, acting as Senior Installation Engineer where required
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning
• Coordinate project delivery with internal departments and client stakeholders
• Occasionally project‑manage smaller installations on site or within the service department
• Travel regularly across Europe

• Proven experience in security system installation, commissioning, or project engineering
• Strong technical understanding of access control, CCTV, and integrated systems
• Confident leading teams and managing subcontractors on‑site
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
• High level of professionalism with a hands‑on, customer‑focused approach
• Flexibility to travel extensively across Europe
• Full UK driving licence
