Overhead - Manager, Warehouse

J Lee Associates is looking for a hands‑on Warehouse Manager to oversee day‑to‑day management of our warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy and control of work materials for the operation of the organization.

• Planning, assignment and direction of daily warehouse operations.
• Maintain up to date inventories and records.
• Receive products and unload in a timely manner.
• Stage items in appropriate area according to job schedules.
• Manage distribution and delivery of materials to job sites.
• Purchase control for warehouse operations.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse and receiving areas.
• Understand, follow, and uphold all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments.
• Supervise, and train as needed, other warehouse staff.
• Perform some fleet support duties such as pickup/delivery of vehicles, stocking vehicles, and cleaning out vehicles before reallocation.

• 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Proficient with warehouse equipment including ability to run forklift and pallet jacks.
• Strong Leadership and organizational skills required.
• Good judgment and decision‑making abilities.
• Great communication skills and the ability and desire to lead a team.
• Computer and other general office equipment proficiency; ability to learn online vendor databases and industry‑specific software solutions, i.e. Verizon apps.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record in good standing.
• Basic knowledge of hardware used in electrical and new construction is helpful but not required.
• Basic electrical knowledge is helpful but not required.
