About This Role Join Rosebourne Plumbing's new property maintenance division! We're looking for experienced multi-trade professionals to help build this exciting new service.### What You'll Do - General repairs and maintenance - Minor plumbing work (non-gas) - Carpentry and joinery - Fixture installations (TV mounting, shelving, blinds) - Property maintenance visits - Emergency repairs### The Opportunity - Help build a new division from the ground up - Shape how we work and what we offer - Career growth as we expand - Varied, interesting daily work - Part of an established company with strong reputationRequirements
* 4+ years multi-trade experience
* City & Guilds or equivalent in 2+ trades
* Carpentry skills - doors, locks, general joinery

* Strong problem-solving skills
