HVAC / Maintenance Technician – Marlborough, MA

Location: Marlborough, MA

We are seeking a skilled HVAC / Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems at a manufacturing or industrial facility. The role involves performing routine maintenance, conducting inspections, managing building automation systems, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely. The technician will also support energy‑saving initiatives, maintain accurate records, and ensure all work complies with regulatory and safety standards.

The essential functions of this role include:

• Working in a smoke‑free environment.
• Working up to 5 hours of overtime per week.
• Performing routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Operating building automation and CMMS tools.
• Supporting energy‑saving initiatives and equipment reliability.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial, or related facilities.
• Technical diploma or certification in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical fields (preferred).
• Proficient troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass security screening.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Additional certifications in safety, HVAC, or electrical systems.
