A Day in the Life:

• Lead the meat department with a commitment to quality, freshness, and exceptional service.
• Oversee all aspects of meat operations—from cutting and merchandising to inventory control and food safety.
• Manage a team, ensure proper product rotation and storage, and maintain a clean, organized workspace that reflects high standards.
• Assist customers with special cuts and mentor staff on best practices, delivering top-quality products daily.

• Experience in meat cutting or meat department management.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Passion for delivering top-quality products and exceptional customer service.
