Busser; weekends, Marlborough

We have an exciting entry level position for someone to join our Marlborough team as our Busser (working weekends). You will be responsible for clearing and resetting tables, sweeping floors and restocking to ensure that we are always ready for new customers.

At Coffi Lab, first impressions are everything. Even at our busiest times, the first to the last customer through the door should be welcomed in the way only Coffi Lab can.

Responsibilities include:

• Proactively clearing and sanitising tables
• Ensuring the floor is swept and clean, removing spillages and crumbs
• Resetting tables and chairs once customers leave
• Ensuring that all customer areas (inlcuding toilets and the condiments stations) are kept clear, clean and fully stocked
• Other support as required

• Be proactive - you will need to show initiative and reach to situations as needed
• Be efficient - you will be working at our busiest times and so will need to maintain an appropriate pace to keep on top of tasks, working under pressure at times
• Be observant - you will need a keen eye for detail to spot the areas that need your attention
• Be clear - confident verbal skills are important as you will be communicating with your team as well as our customers
