Pay: $46.00-$48.00 per hour

Job description:
Extended Hours Hospice Nurse

• Telephone triage during time that the office is not open
• Provide scheduled and PRN visits for admission, recertification, discharge, symptom management, RN pronouncement of death, and other needs as assigned

• Provide coverage for scheduled visits as well as unscheduled visits

• Registered Nurse licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in Good Standing
• Prior experience as a nurse working for a licensed hospice
• Willingness to travel in your own reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed) within our service area to provide direct care for our patients
• Experience with Point of Care EMR documentation
• Current Certification in CPR / Basic Life Support

• Experience with supervising Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides, and Licensed Practical Nurses
• Certification as a Hospice & Palliative Care Nurse

Work Location: Field position across the Faith & Family service territory.
