Autobody Shop General Manager – Marlborough, MA

Apex Auto Center is a growing, family-owned collision repair business serving the Metro West area. We are looking for an experienced Autobody Shop Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations at our Marlborough location.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to run a shop, maintain production, support estimates when needed, and keep operations moving smoothly in a structured and accountable environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing workflow, managing production, coordinating with technicians and front office staff, supporting estimating and supplements as needed, and ensuring quality repairs and on-time deliveries. This position serves as the primary point of accountability for daily shop operations and production flow. Familiarity with insurance processes and estimating platforms such as CCC ONE and Mitchell is important for success in this role.

We are looking for someone with prior collision repair experience in management, production, or estimating, who understands shop flow, insurance requirements, and team accountability. Leadership, organization, and a problem-solving mindset are essential.
