About the RoleThe Commercial Project Manager leads high-impact, strategic commercial initiatives within the Endoscopy division. This role partners with cross‑functional teams across functions, sites, and regions to develop and execute integrated project strategies and tactical plans that support new product launches, digital initiatives, and enterprise process implementations. The role also contributes to the advancement of PMO capabilities by evolving project management tools, methodologies, and best practices to drive consistent and scalable execution.

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a Hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our Marlborough, MA office at least 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of project objectives
- Develop, maintain, and govern integrated project plans and schedules, including milestones and deliverables
- Lead cross‑functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Health Economics & Market Access, Professional Education, Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and other key stakeholders
- Drive accountability across matrixed teams for project schedules, milestones, and outcomes
- Provide clear, timely, and accurate project status updates, including risks, issues, and recommendations, to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Align competing stakeholder priorities to achieve agreement on project scope, strategy, and execution
- Build and maintain strong cross‑functional relationships and serve as a trusted business partner
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues; develop and execute mitigation and contingency plans
- Support change management and adoption activities to ensure successful implementation of new processes and tools
- Contribute to PMO maturity through development and implementation of project management tools, templates, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with Boston Scientific Quality System requirements, policies, procedures, and documentation standards
- 5+ years of project leadership experience managing large, complex, cross‑functional projects or programs
- Experience using multiple project management methodologies and tools
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
- Experience with project risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to travel up to 20%, as needed
- Master’s degree in Business or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Experience leading large, cross‑functional initiatives within the medical device or regulated industry environment

Maximum Salary: $202900
