The Project Manager will coordinate, implement, execute, control, and complete projects within the organization’s Centralized Program Management Office (CPMO) framework.

• Standardize use of CPMO project management tools, techniques, and activities across all client sites
• Provide updates and project visibility to the executive management/leadership team
• Support CPMO policies, processes, templates and tools development
• Manage overall project delivery to ensure client satisfaction and performance
• Manage dependencies across multiple projects and track benefits
• Manage risk to projects, ECI, and its affiliates
• Create project reporting metrics for each client/project
• Develop and maintain a detailed Project Timeline and a resource plan with loading requirements
• Develop a workflow for project optimization and reduce redundancy by consolidating lessons learned and best practices
• Utilize appropriate project management tools and techniques to drive project execution
• Contribute to strategic plans, implement action plans, resolve problems, and identify trends for continuous improvement

• Manage project staffing, earned value tracking, training, mentoring, and role assignment
• Identify consultant value and opportunities to increase utilization
• Provide feedback regarding consultant performance
• Review resource levels against timelines and adjust accordingly
• Facilitate project-specific training and onboarding from deployment through completion

• Manage escalations and mitigation of project delays
• Identify and address client grievances promptly
• Regularly update client and management on project status
• Notify clients of issues impacting timelines or compliance
• Facilitate face-to-face project meetings as appropriate and ensure overall client satisfaction

• Provide guidance in R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory Compliance
• Collaborate on strategy development, deployment, and execution
• Provide project engineering and project management support
• Act as client council for strategic guidance including technical expertise and best practices
• Maintain traceability by managing documentation and project history
• Deliver industry trends and regulatory updates to resources

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of experience in the medical device industry leading technical projects with increasing responsibilities
• Understanding of key medical device regulations such as 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485, including all aspects of a quality management system
• Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in managing deliverables, timelines, and status updates to management
• Excellent organizational skills with a track record of delivering on time
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers/stakeholders
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools
