• Engage in the zero‑harm culture by reporting incidents, maintaining PPE compliance, and ensuring safe operation of material handling equipment.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely, following company policy, guidelines, and government regulations.
• Assist the branch manager and counter‑sales associates with inventory management, customer service, and other branch activities.
• Pick and load products onto customer vehicles, third‑party carriers, or company vehicles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with FIFO principles.
• Receive returned products, inspect for damage, verify packing slips, and secure safe return of goods.
• Support shipping and receiving activities, maintaining efficient warehouse operations.
• Enhance and improve inventory management processes.
• Perform other duties as directed to support branch success and customer satisfaction.

• Minimum 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal, customer‑relationship, and decision‑making skills.
• Effective communication and organizational abilities.
• Team player with the ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (plus).

• HVAC industry experience, including warehouse and forklift operations.
• Reading, writing, and language skills as required for the role.
• Presentation or training skills if needed.
