About the role
Boston Scientific is seeking an experienced AI Program Manager to join the Enterprise AI Team. This role is program‑led, leveraging hands‑on Scrum Master execution to drive the delivery of high‑impact AI/ML/GenAI initiatives across Boston Scientific.
The ideal candidate is a servant leader and strategic operator who partners closely with product, technical teams and business stakeholders to translate AI strategy into executable roadmaps, ensure delivery excellence, and scale Agile ways of working across the enterprise.
Work ModeThis position will follow a hybrid schedule, requiring 3 days in‑office per week from our Marlborough, MA or Arden Hills, MN site.

Your responsibilities will include:- Own and build enterprise AI program roadmaps, applying program management rigor to execute and deliver against them. Serve as Scrum Master for one or more AI product teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement.
- Establish and continuously improve processes by leveraging AI and agent‑based automation to eliminate inefficiencies and accelerate the delivery of AI initiatives.
- Drive alignment across cross‑functional stakeholders, ensuring transparency, accountability, and timely decision‑making.
- Establish and maintain program‑level governance, metrics, and reporting (OKRs, milestones, risks, and value tracking).
- Ensure AI initiatives adhere to regulatory, quality, privacy, and security requirements.
- Ensure product and technical documentation remains current, accurate, and communicated to stakeholders according to established cadences.
- Lead and facilitate monthly stakeholder forums to provide enterprise AI program updates, alignment, and risk visibility.
- Partner with finance and product leadership to support budgeting, chargeback models, and financial transparency for AI initiatives.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile, Scrum, and Lean delivery practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program management or Agile delivery.
- Demonstrated experience serving as a Scrum Master for technical or data/AI teams.
- Demonstrated experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML/GenAI delivery life cycles.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Experience driving delivery in matrixed, global, regulated organizations.
- Experience delivering AI, data, or digital transformation programs in regulated industries.
- Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) and/or Project Management (PMP) certification.
- Familiarity with Agile at scale frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).
- Experience working with cloud platforms and data ecosystems.
- Strong change management and organizational influence skills.
