Job Overview

This role manages the full staffing, sourcing, and hiring processes for Hourly, Clerical/Technical, and Exempt employees. It includes overseeing vendor‑managed direct labor hiring, leading advertising and sourcing strategies, partnering closely with corporate staffing teams, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and corporate programs. The position acts as the primary liaison between Boston Scientific and corporate staffing resources to ensure proper utilization of tools, systems, and processes.

functions

Include management of hiring programs, direct labor recruitment, professional/clerical hiring, coordination with manufacturing, and adherence to regulatory requirements such as ADA, FMLA, OSHA, FDA Quality Systems, ISO standards, and various country‑specific regulations.

Must‑Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience
  • 1–3 years with an MBA
  • Experience in staffing/recruitment for direct labor and professional roles
  • Exposure to manufacturing environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels
  • Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage staffing programs, hiring processes, and compliance with corporate tools (e.g., Vurv, TMP, background checks, reference processes)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Five years of staffing and recruitment experience (direct labor + professional)
  • Experience with:
  • Job fairs, advertising, sourcing tools
  • Corporate staffing systems and workflows

  • College and high school recruitment programs
  • Specialty hiring programs (referral programs, summer employment, sign‑on bonuses)
