About the RoleAs a Team Leader, you will be leading teams working in community residential homeswith people who have intellectual and physical disabilities.
We currently have permanent, full-time opportunities available working 80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE), Monday to Friday 7.00AM to3.30PM. There is no on-call required.
About the Team/Service/ LocationLive Life Disability Support (LLDS) provides support topeople who have disabilities to live great lives in the Nelson Marlborough community.
We support people to manage their day to day lives in waysand at times that work for them. The people we support have a wide range of abilities, gifts, and challenges. We actively encourage people to pursue their dreams and try out new experiences and can guarantee that no two days working at LLDS are ever the same.

About youAs a Team Leader, you will:
- love to make connections across community groupsand activities,
- be someone who lives the Enabling Good Lives principles.
- ensure that people are supported to fully participate in community life.
You will hold a minimum NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (Level
4), or an equivalent health or disability related qualification as assessed by the Ministry of Health (see link below).
Experience working in the field of disability would be an advantage.
