We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our practice in Marlborough, MA. We welcome full‑time, part‑time, and per‑diem candidates. New graduates are encouraged to apply, especially those with outpatient orthopedic experience.

A physical‑therapy‑owned private outpatient orthopedic practice in Central Massachusetts with over 20 years of service. We provide direct patient care in a state‑of‑the‑art facility, and our clinic has earned national recognition for excellence.

• Outpatient orthopedic PT
• Patient consultation – review histories, exam patients, review imaging and record reason for visit
• Consult with referring physicians and healthcare teams on diagnosis and treatment plans
• Develop and implement individualized physical‑therapy treatment programs
• Assist patients through all phases of treatment, including exercise instruction, manual therapy, modalities, and daily living activities
• Compose discharge notes and refer to appropriate outside services when necessary
• Educate patients on benefits of PT, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises
• Accurate, timely documentation of treatments and patient progress
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
• Communicate effectively with staff and patients to create an excellent experience

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Physical Therapist license in MA

• Full time, part time, or per diem
• Office hours Monday – Friday

• $125k‑$130k (base plus bonus, dependent on experience)
