What You'll Do- Serve as a seasoned social work consultant in long-term care facilities
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions
- Complete mood and symptom-based screenings
- Develop individualized treatment plans for adults and/or seniors
- Collaborate with facility staff and consult with interdisciplinary teams

- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the ability to practice and bill independently

- Significant experience in treating adult and/or senior patient population, particularly with patients exhibiting severe persistent mental illness
- Strong communication skills and cultural humility
