Lease Analyst

We’re looking for a detail?oriented finance professional to support leasing and capital processes. This role partners closely with cross?functional teams and plays an active part in month?end close, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and key schedules. Strong collaboration with internal departments and external partners is essential for success.

• Support leasing and capital operations by managing recurring processes such as CAM forecasting, receivables tracking, percentage rent calculations, asset retirement obligations, and capital asset classifications.
• Review and validate work from offshore teams, ensuring accurate accounting treatment, proper documentation, and alignment with project and asset requirements.
• Monitor project?related assets, settle completed projects into service, track deposits and licenses, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed.
• Contribute to month?end close by preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and critical financial schedules.
• Assist with additional projects and file management within leasing and capital functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem?solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self?driven, adaptable, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
• Comfortable using basic generative AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and research.
