Financial Analyst, Financial Reporting
Responsibilities
- Execute recurring financial reporting processes, including data retrieval, refreshes, and validations, in accordance with established procedures
- Ensure all financial outputs meet audit standards, with clear documentation and traceability to support external audits (e.g., Big
4) - Maintain consistency, accuracy, and timeliness across routine deliverables
- Investigate typical FP&A variances (actuals vs. budget/forecast), including detailed analysis at the line-item and order level
- Perform deep dives in SAP to identify root causes of variances, recognizing that analysis can be time-consuming and detail-heavy
- Clearly document findings and communicate explanations to finance leadership and business partners
- Support the consolidation of financial submissions across approximately 15 manufacturing sites and distribution centers
- Actively manage the submission process, including tracking inputs, following up on missing or late data, and sending reminders to site contacts
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of site-level submissions prior to consolidation
- Follow established processes and controls to ensure repeatability and audit compliance
- Maintain thorough documentation of methodologies, assumptions, and data sources
- Identify opportunities for incremental process improvements while operating within a structured, execution-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related finance role
- Strong experience working in ERP systems, preferably SAP, with the ability to navigate detailed transactional data
- Proven ability to support audit-ready reporting in a highly controlled environment
- Experience working with manufacturing and/or distribution operations preferred
- Advanced Excel skills;
Experience with financial reporting or consolidation tools a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
