• Develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules for a portfolio of major electric infrastructure projects
• Perform routine project updates, including CPM calculations and critical path analyses
• Track schedule performance using earned value metrics and contribute to recovery plans
• Lead weekly schedule review meetings with project teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with procurement and legal teams on Project Controls processes in RFPs and contracts

• Bachelor's degree required;
  Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Controls, Project Management, or Scheduling
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential
• Strong skills in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
• Knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) and schedule risk analysis

• Experience with large-scale capital projects in utility, construction, or infrastructure
• Familiarity with Procore software
• Demonstrated ability to work with contracts and RFPs
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
