Training and Development Manager

At City Wide Facility Solutions – Boston, we specialize in managed facility services for commercial properties across Central and Eastern Massachusetts. As we grow, we’re looking for a Sales/Corporate Trainer to support the development of our most valuable asset—our people.

As a Sales/Corporate Trainer, you will play a vital role in onboarding new employees, enhancing the skills of our current team, and driving performance through engaging, impactful training programs with a strong emphasis on our sales team. You’ll work closely with leadership to identify training needs, develop content, and deliver sessions that reflect City Wide’s standards of excellence and service.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate training or employee development
• Strong background in facilitation, instructional design, and adult learning principles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping others succeed
• Proven ability to manage multiple training programs and priorities effectively
• Experience in delivering both in-person and virtual training
• Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
