** About the Role
** BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Content Analytics Intern to support our Visual Experience team within Digital & eCommerce. This internship focuses on analyzing how members engage with content across our website and mobile app and turning those insights into recommendations that shape digital content strategy.
** What You’ll Do
*** Analyze content engagement using a newly launched analytics platform
* Build reports and insights on page-level and component-level performance
* Review session recordings to understand member behavior
* Conduct competitive research on digital content experiences
* Partner with cross-functional teams to share insights and recommendations
* Support a summer project focused on content performance and optimization
** What We’re Looking For
*** Pursuing a degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, UX, or related field
* Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
* Comfortable working with data and presenting insights
* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
* Interest in digital experiences or eCommerce strategy
* Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA. Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote  accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position.
