Our internships are rooted in individual growth, professional development, business exposure and project ownership. Interns primarily spend their time focused on their assigned area of the business. Throughout the summer, intern program managers will host a variety of development focused activities to enhance professional development, provide exposure to all aspects of our business, and engagement events with fellow interns.

The Team Member Experience Intern will support key initiatives that enhance the efficiency, clarity, and usability of tools and processes used by our club teams. This role is ideal for a student who is curious, analytically minded, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to meaningful operational improvements.

• Launch an analytics program to evaluate My Work task performance and usage.
• Identify and develop continuous improvement opportunities to strengthen club enablement and task management processes.
• Create and update training materials and video content for Clubs and Creators, in partnership with HR/Talent teams.
• Test and support feature enhancements for My Work by working within the pre‑production environment.

• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA (onsite Tuesday–Thursday).
• Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and shifting priorities.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills, even without formal authority.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn and master new programs, such as My Work platform.

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
