As a leader in the managed services space, we partner with businesses to streamline their operations and serve as a single source of accountability for everything from janitorial to maintenance and beyond.

We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist who excels at uncovering opportunities, initiating conversations with decision-makers, and building strong pipelines that lead to meaningful partnerships. This role is all about opening doors, generating new qualified leads, and fueling long-term revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, research, and prospect B2B opportunities within target markets
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through outreach, networking, and strategic lead generation
  • Qualify prospects and set high-quality appointments for the sales and operations teams
  • Engage decision-makers to understand facility management needs and challenges
  • Partner closely with Sales Executives and operational teams to transition leads smoothly
  • Track activity, performance metrics, and pipeline progress to consistently hit goals

What You Bring:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, inside sales, or B2B outreach
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline goals
  • A proactive hunter mindset—you thrive on starting conversations and creating opportunities
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with a strong sense of ownership
