Pay Rate$23-25/Hr.
Qualifications- Knowledgeable using SAP ERP system to create purchase orders, confirm receipt of materials, and generate reports. Interact with contractors to verify PO in place, invoice submitted for completed work, and any payment questions.
- Order parts and equipment for various project.
- Proficient at using Microsoft office tools – Word, Excel, Outlook. A plus would be to be familiar with parts inventory systems. SAP knowledge, Microsoft office, MS teams.
- Performs a variety of administrative duties.
- Supports one or more members of management and/or staff in a business or functional unit.
- Work generally requires knowledge of company and/or business/functional practices, policies, programs and/or product line.
- Resolves routine and non-routine inquiries.
- Administrative responsibilities include calendaring, document preparation and management, correspondence, managing the calibration program for the site gauges, travel arrangements, and meeting/travel coordination.
- Maintains confidentiality.
