Position Overview

This on‑site role supports office operations and key financial tasks, including accounts payable, weekly payroll, and MRP data entry in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Administrative Support
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and employees
  • Manage phones, mail, office supplies, and general front‑office operations
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars
  • Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
Accounts Payable
  • Process vendor invoices accurately and on schedule
  • Enter AP transactions into Quick Books and the MRP system
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Work with vendors to address billing, credits, and payment status
  • Work with purchasing, receiving, and operations to resolve variances
  • Support the finance team with audits, reporting, and special projects
Weekly Payroll Processing
  • Collect, review, and enter employee timecards or hours worked
  • Process weekly payroll accurately and on time
  • Ensure correct wages, deductions, and benefits
  • Maintain payroll records and support HR with employee updates
  • Respond to employee payroll and benefit questions
Qualifications (Required)
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • 2+ years of accounts payable
  • Experience processing weekly payroll
  • Experience using an MRP system and Quick Books Desktop
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Strong follow‑through and accountability
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Team‑oriented attitude
