Responsibilities
KBW Financial has partnered with a reputable organization based out of Middlesex County MA that is actively looking to add an AP Clerk to their growing team! The AP Clerk will report to the Accounting Manager and assist with full cycle AP duties. The AP Clerk will perform the following:
- Review vendor invoices against corresponding receipts to ensure accuracy prior to entry into Business Central
- Confirm that all transactions have received appropriate authorization before processing for payment
- Investigate discrepancies between purchase documentation and invoices, collaborating with the Purchasing team to resolve outstanding or incomplete transactions
- Maintain compliance with company policies, internal controls, and established procedures while carrying out daily responsibilities
- Support the Accounts Payable function by completing additional tasks and special assignments as directed by department leadership
