Job Title:
Staff Accountant ($65,000 - $70,000)

Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 days remote)

The Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong accounting foundation while gaining exposure to a growing tech organization. You’ll work closely with senior accounting and finance leadership and have meaningful opportunities for advancement as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

• Prepare and post journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules

• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed

• Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis

• Support audits and compliance requirements

• Participate in process improvements and system enhancements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 1–3 years of accounting experience (public or industry experience preferred)

• Solid understanding of GAAP

• Proficiency with Excel; experience with accounting systems/ERPs a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to thrive in a hybrid, collaborative work environment
