Cleaner Supervisor

Thorn Baker FM are looking for an experienced Cleaner supervisor to join our clients team based in Marlborough. Do you have cleaning supervisor experience? Are you wanting a new challenge? Are wanting a step up into a supervisor role?

This position is based at a well-known retail store where they have small team cleaners based  will be provided all the training, cleaning equipment, support and opportunities to grow!

Key details:

Monday - Sunday (Wednesday off)

05.00am - 08.00am

Cleaner Supervisory experience is essential

£13 per hour, weekly pay

Temp to Perm opportunity at 10 weeks

Job requirements:

To supervisor a small team of cleaners - ensuring they are completing their cleaning duties to a high standard and support in any areas that require improvement
Completing training, inductions and audits on new / current staff
Liaise with the client on site - strong communication, team player and ensuring all needs are met to a high standard
Complete paperwork such as audits, return to works, training models, rotas, health and safety, day to day paperwork
Get invovled with cleaning duties if and when required
Support the team if / when any sickness or holiday occurs.

Ideal Candidate

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Previous experience of cleaner supervisor

• Sound knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH legislation

• Flexible with working hours when required
