2 PM – 12 AM (40 hours/week)

Note:

Shift length may vary slightly; some days may be longer or shorter depending on operational needs

Overtime:
May be required based on workload; paid in accordance with employment standards.

The Distribution Associate (Down stocker, Picker and Packer) is required to accurately replenish products or pick/pack outbound orders each day, often working under pressure, with extremely tight deadlines to ensure our customers receive our products on time.

• Work to downstock, pick or pack orders daily.
• Utilize RF scanner (warehouse management system) for all transactions.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Report to Distribution Management Team.

• 1+ years of Distribution experience
• Be proficient in English – both written and oral
• Be physically fit and able to repeatedly lift/move packages up to 40lbs throughout an entire work day
• Be computer literate and proficient with MS Windows
• Be able to work under extremely tight deadlines
• Be highly skilled in problem-solving, planning, and organizing
• Be punctual and reliable
• Be efficient and accurate, with a strong attention to detail
