Workstation Account Executive

We are looking for a Workstation Account Executive to represent the Workstation product portfolio for our Intelligent Device Group (IDG) business. This role focuses on building a sales opportunity pipeline, driving Professional Workstation revenue, and building strong client relationships.

What You’ll Do

You will:

  • Build and manage a prospecting pipeline and support Lenovo Client Managers, PC Specialists and Channel Account Managers.
  • Identify and qualify leads, deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and secure new clients.
  • Engage in strategic selling, closing high‑value ROI deals for both clients and the company.
  • Provide weekly sales forecast metrics and opportunity/pipeline management.
  • Coordinate internal resources to maintain a productive territory.
Basic Requirements
  • 5+ years of strategic sales and operational experience, preferably in a highly matrixed structure.
Preferred Requirements
  • Strong customer‑facing experience and knowledge of complex sales cycles.
  • Superior organizational and project/time‑management skills.
  • Creative mindset for technology solutions with ability to identify ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex problems.
  • Excellent sales execution skills and assertiveness throughout the decision process.
  • Highest level of integrity and commitment to business best practices.
  • Executive presentation skills and comfort presenting to a technical audience.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
