Field Sales Specialist – GTA

We’re looking for a Field Sales Specialist to join our Residential team in Toronto, bringing a personalized in‑person experience to sell home services, including TV, Internet, and Home Phone, while providing reliable connectivity and a top customer experience.

• Build client connections by cultivating and nurturing positive relationships with customers and clients.
• Generate sales by acting on provided leads and identifying new residential opportunities, selling wireless, cable, high‑speed internet, and home phone products.
• Represent Rogers with pride in the field, at events, and in follow‑up conversations.
• Share insights on market trends to help fine‑tune sales strategies.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers, clients, and property managers.
• Conduct business in line with the Rogers Business Code of Conduct, prioritising safety.

• Strong sales drive, with a proven ability to thrive in a sales environment and achieve targets.
• High motivation, excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working in outdoor/varied weather conditions.
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
