We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager – Canada to lead our Post‑Tensioning (PT) business segment across Eastern Canada. This role will be responsible for driving strategic growth, securing new business, managing key customer relationships, and supporting operational excellence across the sales lifecycle.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Drive sales and sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, engineering firms, and industry stakeholders.
  • Represent DYWIDAG at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the brand and generate leads.
  • Provide expert guidance on DYWIDAG’s post‑tensioning systems and services to clients and influencers.
  • Identify opportunities in new and existing markets through strategic partnerships and product positioning.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms aligned with company policies and goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service from initial engagement through to project completion.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams (engineering, supply chain, field operations, finance) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that enable early customer engagement and value‑added solutions.
  • Contribute to sales forecasting, pipeline management, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure CRM and ERP systems are accurately maintained with up‑to‑date sales data.
  • Continuously review internal processes and propose improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred; equivalent industry experience accepted.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or project execution within the construction industry, ideally in post‑tensioning or structural solutions.
  • Proven success in sales leadership, with a track record of winning and managing complex projects.
  • Experience working in an ERP and CRM environment (Microsoft based environment preferred).
  • Bilingual (English/French) preferred.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

  • Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to varied audiences.
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship‑building skills.
  • Adaptable in a fast‑paced, changing environment with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and deadline‑oriented.
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly throughout Eastern Canada.
  • Office and field‑based work, including regular visits to construction sites, client offices, etc.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, laptop use, etc.
