• Oversee the full purchasing cycle for toys, games, collectibles, and specialty merchandise
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, distributors, and manufacturers
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to maximize profitability
• Monitor inventory levels and sales trends to plan restocks and new product acquisitions
• Collaborate with merchandising and retail teams to ensure timely product distribution
• Review purchase orders for accuracy and ensure prompt processing
• Analyze product performance and lifecycle to guide purchasing decisions
• Track shipments and resolve delivery or product discrepancies
• Research emerging trends, products, and suppliers to expand our offerings
• Coordinate with accounting and warehouse teams on invoicing and receiving

• 4+ years of purchasing or buying experience, ideally in retail (experience with toys, collectibles, or pop culture products is a plus)
• Proficiency in Net Suite is required
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for games, toys, and pop culture is a big plus!

• Competitive Pay: $70,000 - $75,000 per year
