Job Description- Set up and launch new product listing on Amazon/Shopify store weekly
- Amazon/Shopify store daily operation including creating listings, uploading product photos, maintaining an active catalog of items, account health, logistics, and returns
- Quality control, inspection prior to shipping such as product packages, labels and so on
- Optimize amazon/shopify product listings by following up keywords, content, reviews, and Q&A
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- At least 3 years amazon/shopify online store experience
- Bachelors / college degree in Business
- eCommerce / Operations / OR passion for business / Amazon / eComm is preferred
- Mandarin or Cantonese is a must
- Mid-Senior level
