Linked In and Social Media Outreach Manager

At Learn Formula, we are passionate about helping regulated professionals continue their education and grow their careers. As a subscription-based platform for accredited online learning, customer trust and maximizing Lifetime Value (CLV) are key to our success.

We are seeking a highly strategic, data-minded Linkedin and Social Media Outreach Manager to lead our efforts in client retention, expansion, instructor outreach aspect and loyalty within the existing customer base, and new. Additionally helping with partnerships, idea expansion and other tasks involved with growth.

This is a full-time, in-office role (9:00 AM–5:00 PM). The position requires commuting to 150 Commerce Valley Drive West.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and support our Linked In Outreach Team, coordinating with prospects through Linked In messages, email, and cold calls
  • Lead partnership conversations and reach out to potential instructors, including running multiple Zoom calls throughout the day
  • Handle refund requests, retention and failed payment calls, managing the full revenue-return process
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify high-potential client segments for targeted growth initiatives and product adoption campaigns.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years in coordinating, booking and managing calls.
  • Strong English communication, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communicator who works well with others and handles conversations professionally
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret retention metrics and translate data insights into actionable, profitable strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ticketing tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Intercom).

Salary: $60, per year depending on experience and proven success.
