Key ResponsibilitiesYou’ll be hands‑on from day one, all training is provided inhouse.
- Learning how to laminate and vacuum bag carbon fiber and other composite materials for curing in an autoclave
- Working with autoclaves and ovens to cure composite materials
- Getting hands‑on experience in the building and assembly of composite components and substructures
- Cutting, trimming, bonding, and finishing composite parts to precise specifications
- Gaining knowledge in how to interpret lamination and assembly manuals
- Growing your abilities in helping create master molds and patterns
- Maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Collaborating closely with supervisors, leads, and QA to meet project timelines and quality expectations
- Keeping your work area safe, clean, and organized
- Participating in continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen, GEAR and ISO‑based processes
You don’t need to be an expert — you just need the right mindset:
- With training, you are comfortable using sanders, grinders, cutters, drills, gram scales, scissors, knives and other power tools
- You have a willingness to learn how to read composite manuals and follow detailed instructions
- You are motivated by problem‑solving and using hands‑on skills
- You have a willingness to learn about composite materials, resins, and adhesives
- You have the basics around a computer to enter your timesheet
- You are team‑oriented, dependable, and safety‑focused
- You are passionate about building cool things — especially motor sport‑related components

This job posting is for an existing vacancy. The total cash compensation range for this position is expected to be:
$17.60 - $25.48
