At Multimatic, you’ll work with a team that designs and builds advanced composite components used in some of the coolest automotive and motor sport applications in the world. You’ll learn laminating and cutting‑edge skills with advanced materials, and gain experience with technologies such as autoclaves, molds, carbon fiber layups, structural bonding, and more.

You’ll be hands‑on from day one, all training is provided inhouse.

• Learning how to laminate and vacuum bag carbon fiber and other composite materials for curing in an autoclave
• Working with autoclaves and ovens to cure composite materials
• Getting hands‑on experience in the building and assembly of composite components and substructures
• Cutting, trimming, bonding, and finishing composite parts to precise specifications
• Gaining knowledge in how to interpret lamination and assembly manuals
• Growing your abilities in helping create master molds and patterns
• Maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Collaborating closely with supervisors, leads, and QA to meet project timelines and quality expectations
• Keeping your work area safe, clean, and organized
• Participating in continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen, GEAR and ISO‑based processes

You don’t need to be an expert — you just need the right mindset:

• With training, you are comfortable using sanders, grinders, cutters, drills, gram scales, scissors, knives and other power tools
• You have a willingness to learn how to read composite manuals and follow detailed instructions
• You are motivated by problem‑solving and using hands‑on skills
• You have a willingness to learn about composite materials, resins, and adhesives
• You have the basics around a computer to enter your timesheet
• You are team‑oriented, dependable, and safety‑focused
• You are passionate about building cool things — especially motor sport‑related components

This job posting is for an existing vacancy. The total cash compensation range for this position is expected to be:

$17.60 - $25.48
