• Operate advanced manufacturing lines with elegance and precision.
• Perform meticulous quality checks—from torque to weight to visual inspection.
• Ensure component accuracy, batch alignment, and aesthetic perfection.
• Support line changeovers and product introductions with confidence.
• Execute Clean, Inspect, Lubricate (CIL) routines with discipline and pride.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to uphold ELC’s highest standards.
• Log and track key data points—because every number tells a story.
• Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and 5S—continuous improvement is part of our DNA.

• A high school diploma ಇಲ್ಲ equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or technical production.
• An eye for detail and deep respect for precision.
• The ability to stand for long periods and lift to 35 lbs. safely.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with basic computer tools (email, Excel, digital reporting systems).

Anticipated Hourly Range $18.00 to $18.90 (depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget).
