Responsibilities
- Providing functional and technical support for new and existing applications
- Documenting processes and requirements
- Preparing UAT
- Managing vendor relationships
- Contributing to process improvements
- 3–7 years of technical Business Analysis experience
- Motivation to learn new technologies
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects
- Clear understanding of change management processes
- Sound knowledge of project management and business analysis methodology
- Willingness to initiate continuous improvement initiatives
Salary band: $85,000 – $95,000. The role also includes performance bonus and retirement savings plan.
