• Develop and deploy Agentic AI Solutions:
• Document Intelligence and structured parsing
• RAGs for information retrieval
• Care Centric AI Agents
• Develop and implement predictive and prescriptive models:
• Customer churn and retention strategies
• Upsell and cross‑sell opportunity scoring
• Product coverage estimation and optimization
• Perform feature engineering, model training, validation, performance tuning, and deployment using advanced ML techniques
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, care, product) to translate business requirements into data science solutions
• Support model deployment and monitoring in production environments
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions
• Document methodologies and ensure reproducibility of work
• Stay current with emerging tools and techniques in machine learning and analytics

• 3–5+ years of experience in applied data science or machine learning frameworks.
• 2–3+ years of experience in agentic platforms such as Lang Chain, AI Foundry, Azure Cognitive Services.
• Hands‑on experience with predictive modeling, time‑series forecasting, and statistical analysis
• Proficiency in Python, Spark, and ML frameworks (e.g., scikit‑learn, PyTorch)
• Extensive experience with SQL and data manipulation in large datasets
• Experience with cloud platforms and distributed computing such as Azure, Databricks, and ArcGIS.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks is a plus
• Experience with end‑to‑end project ownership including deployment is an asset
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering)
