Description

We are looking for a Red Point Architect to lead the migration of batch email campaigns to Red Point Interaction for a large financial organization. The role includes designing secure, scalable solutions integrated with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), optimizing customer journeys, and ensuring compliance while providing technical guidance to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of batch email campaigns to a Red Point Interaction platform.
• Design and implement Red Point Interaction solutions while adhering to legal and client requirements.
• Ensure the integration with AEP and the accessibility of data for end-users.
• Facilitate a smooth transition by providing technical guidance and training to the client's team.
• Optimize customer journey mapping to enhance the email communication strategy.
• Deliver a scalable, secure, and compliant solution.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Red Point Interaction or similar platforms.
• Expertise in data management and customer journey orchestration.
• Experience in handling complex data structures and multi-account customers.
• Understanding of logging legal requirements for email communications.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Focus on migrating batch email campaigns for a large financial organization.
• Approximately 10-15 end-users of the platform.
• Primary channel is email, with the potential for omnichannel expansion.
• Integration with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Compliance with legal requirements and customer data privacy.
• There will be minimal changes to the existing strategy due to regulatory constraints.
• The emphasis is on scalability and user-friendliness.
