We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize data solutions, dashboards, and reports leveraging Microsoft Fabric
, Power BI
, and Azure Data Services to enable advanced analytics and business intelligence capabilities across the organization.

• Design and implement scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric
  .
• Create and maintain data models and semantic layers to support analytics and reporting.
• Develop and support interactive Power BI dashboards and Paginated Reports
  .
• Integrate data from multiple sources into One Lake
  , ensuring data quality, governance, and security.
• Collaborate with BI developers and business stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable solutions.
• Optimize performance of data solutions and troubleshoot issues in complex environments.
• Implement best practices for data architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and metadata management.

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric
  , Power BI
  , and Azure Synapse Analytics
  .
• Proficiency in SQL
  , DAX
  , and Power Query (M).
• Experience with data warehouse/lakehouse architecture
  , Azure One Lake
  , and Delta Lake
  .
• Solid understanding of data governance
  , security
  , and compliance in cloud environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment
  .

• Experience with Python or Spark for data transformation.
• Knowledge of machine learning pipelines and AI integration in Microsoft Fabric.
• Familiarity with CI/CD for data solutions and Dev Ops practices
  .
• Microsoft certifications such as Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate or Azure Data Engineer Associate
  .
