On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a National Manager, Information Technology for a permanent role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Markham, Ontario office.

This role involves leading the IT strategy and technology roadmap for Toyota Financial Services, focusing on digital transformation and innovation. The National Manager will oversee cloud strategy, risk management, and data governance to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

National Manager, Information Technology - Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and execution of business, technology, and digital strategies

• Act as a thought leader on emerging technologies and trends

• Build and adapt IT strategy and technology roadmap

• Develop and lead a robust governance framework

• Execute cloud strategy with a focus on AWS adoption and digital transformation

• Lead technology and information security risk management strategy

• Champion data governance initiatives and oversee advanced analytics capabilities

• Ensure efficient delivery of IT services and business applications

• Foster collaborative relationships and cultivate a high-performing IT organization

National Manager, Information Technology - Mandatory

Skills:



• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

• 10+ years of IT leadership experience

• Expertise in cloud architecture, cybersecurity, Dev Ops, and digital transformation

• Proven ability to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives

• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements

• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams

• Skilled in managing relationships with global vendors and partners

National Manager, Information Technology – Nice-to-Have

Skills:



• Master’s degree or relevant certifications (CIO, CISSP, AWS)

• Experience in driving innovation through AI, IoT, and predictive analytics

• Ability to influence and drive change across the organization

• Proven experience with budgeting and financial management of IT operations

• Knowledge of industry-specific standards
