As a Junior Project Manager
, you will help coordinate recurring and time-bound activities, ensure tasks are clearly documented and support alignment across engineering, testing, customer support teams and customers. Working within established processes, you will contribute to maintaining clarity, consistency, and momentum across ongoing initiatives. Through clear documentation, structured task tracking, and aligned timelines, the Junior Project Manager leverages a foundational understanding of telecommunications to enable teams to operate efficiently and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Manage Jira workflows from end to end, including ticket creation, assignment (in collaboration with key stakeholders), tracking, and follow-ups to support timely delivery.
• Support planning and execution of recurring initiatives, including manual and automated testing cycles and regular reviews of operational tasks.
• Assist with coordination of testing activities, ensuring tasks are visible, scheduled and completed as planned, while clearly communicating dependencies and timeline updates.
• Apply a foundation of understanding of telecommunication concepts to interpret technical inputs and translate them into actionable, well-structured tasks.
• Demonstrate clearly and concisely, with the confidence to follow up on timelines while balancing urgency with practical understanding of dependencies.
• Work proactively and reliably in cross-functional environments, maintaining consistency, structure, and delivery focus.
• Maintain and regularly update internal team documentation for internal and customer facing use.
• Establish and maintain a correlation between customer-raised issues and new features, functionalities, and known limitations.

• 1-2 years of experience in project management and telecom engineering, or related engineering field.
• Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or related fields.
• Foundation understanding of telecommunication concepts (networking, wireless systems, LTE/5G environments).
• Practical experience with Jira for task tracking and confluence for documentation and knowledge management.
• Familiarity with manual and automated testing workflows.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and timelines and effectively.
