Job Description Accountabilities:
Designing and executing against the project Test StrategyResponsible for providing status updates/escalations and reporting via metrics to project team.Responsible to review user stories, requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback from a Quality Assurance PerspectiveCreate detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases and reviewing the same for the project delivery test team.Design, develop and execute scripts.Design, Develop Automation Framework, Enhancement of existing framework.Ability to create Test plan, Test Strategy, Create Test case, Test data and Test execution.Responsible for detailed regression testing and ensure test artifacts are current.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. developers, business analysts, scrum masters, product owners) and provide perspective from a Testing focus.Ensure that all the deliverables are met.Ability to meet challenging deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.A team player and able to be a positive influence on a team.Technical Requirement
Technical experience in test automation and in design and development of automation frameworks covering different technology and application platforms.Deep understanding & experience of automation development tool sets (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, SOAPUI/JSON)Experience in implementing test automation development efforts in an Agile SCRUM development environment.Good technical writing skills and ability to describe clearly complex processes and tasks.Proven work experience with Digital Automation Testing (Cross Browser, Mobile)Clear verbal & written communication skills in EnglishGreat attitude and work ethicsMust Have:
Insurance Domain Expérience – Commercial LineExpertise in Automation Testing using – Selenium – Java/Python/C/C++ (Framework Development, Enhancement)API Testing (Expertise working with XML/JSON, SOAP API, REST API – Framework Development, Enhancement))Ability to create tool/script to enable developer to test their own code.Expertise in Java/Python/C++ Development /Test AutomationExpertise working with CI/CD Pipeline, First time Automation, Digital Test AutomationKnowledge of SQL , Working with GIT/Bit bucket (Source code management tool)Jenkin /JIRA Integration using AP
