A leading health care provider in Markham is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR practices with company values and objectives. Responsibilities include driving HR strategy, analyzing metrics for improvement, and mentoring management on HR policies. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of HR experience, preferably with a business degree and CHRP designation, with strong leadership and communication skills.
This role requires initial onsite work before transitioning to a hybrid model.
