About

the job:
  • Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, effectively attracting, sourcing, and interviewing candidates.
  • Implement sourcing strategies to target niche technical roles and maintain a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
  • Conduct talent mapping and other activities to identify and target top technical talent.
  • Negotiate compensation packages with candidates and create proposals, leading the negotiation and offer process.
  • Alongside the recruitment coordinator, administrate the approval process, collect and create candidate documentation, and maintain document management best practices.
  • Work closely with hiring managers in a consultative manner to ensure the best hiring decisions are made promptly.
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and potentially other projects or recruitment initiatives.
  • Participate in triannual co-op recruitment cycles, meeting tight deadlines for high-volume interviewing and selection.

  • Technical recruiting experience.
  • Ability to produce quality results working under minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
  • Strong communication skills to quickly build relationships with hard-to-find candidates.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple-step processes.
  • Passionate about talent acquisition, industry best practices, and innovative talent attraction strategies.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to support multiple hiring managers and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
