We're seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented progressional to join the Insider Threat Management Operations Support team. Insider Threat Management is a centralized, first-line of defense, responsible for detecting, investigating and addressing insider risk related concerns across the Bank. The Operations Enablement team supports Insider Threat Management and the Enterprise with insider risk education and awareness.

As a part of this team, you will develop and deliver training and communications and perform routine maintenance of program assets. You'll also provide support to the organization by operating a shared mailbox.

Key responsibilities

  • Follow published policies, standards, procedures and resource documents
  • Support end-to-end development of training and communications
  • Provide subject matter expertise and identify, design and implement solutions
  • May lead workstreams by acting as a subject matter expert for medium scale deliverables
  • Communicate with, and gather and discuss feedback from, cross functional partners
  • Deliver training to audiences of all sizes through virtual or in-person facilitation
  • Assess support requests, consult with requesters and recommend solutions
  • Evaluate training effectiveness survey results and develop action plans
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities
  • Ensure the program is well managed, meets business priorities, and complies with internal / external requirements
  • Exercise discretion in managing communication / correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality
  • Protect the interests of the organization – identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard, high-risk transactions / activities as necessary
  • Be knowledgeable of and comply with Bank Code of Conduct
  • Participate as a member of the team, support a positive work environment and ensure timely communication
  • Experience and education

  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Broad and deep knowledge of business and risk and control environment
  • Strong with the Microsoft Suite of Technologies - MS Word, PowerPoint, Office, etc.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
