Accounts Receivable Coordinator

About the Opportunity

• Responsible for managing AR across multiple global entities, including invoicing, cash posting, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
• Monitor and maintain customer credit, establish limits using reports, release orders, and process credits or prepayments as needed.
• Support month-end and year-end processes by preparing schedules, reconciling accounts, and assisting with audits and customer documentation.

• You have 5+ years of senior accounts receivable and credit management experience, with the ability to handle multiple entities, currencies, and international customer relationships.
• You are detail-oriented and organized, skilled in reconciliations, audits, and maintaining accurate financial records across complex systems.
• You have experience with a large ERP system and are well versed in Microsoft Excel.

$75,000 - $80,000 per year
