Position: Sales Operations Specialist ON

Core Responsibilities
  • Able to work in-office at least 3-days per week.
  • Maintain knowledge of product offerings and promotions to perform work effectively.
  • Enter and/or review orders received for accuracy, then releasing them for fulfillment.
  • Support product promotions by adding sell sheets, product samples, as directed.
  • Perform duties according to company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with management, marketing, warehouse, and sales teams.
  • Perform other office administration support tasks, as required.
  • Reports to Sales & Marketing Director.

  • Strong attention to detail. Able to identify patterns and anomalies in data.
  • Enjoys working on a computer in an office environment.

Skills & Experience

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of applied experience in the following.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Working collaboratively across teams including communication with sales teams
  • Typing speed of 40

    WPM+.
  • Experienced with web-based applications.
  • Highly proficient in written and verbal English.
  • Experience with point-of-sale, inventory, or ERP systems a plus.
